Andrea Gallagher is a Customer Experience Architect at Scient, the eBusiness Systems Innovator™. She has been designing information architectures and user interfaces on the Web since June of 1994, working on everything from a catalog for hot sauces to 3D multi-user environments.

Before joining Scient, Andrea was the lead Information Architect and UI designer at Red Sky Interactive. At Scient, she has been leading customer experience teams on Business-to-Business web-based exchanges.

Andrea's background is based in cognitive psychology and information retrieval. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford and has done graduate work in cognitive psychology at the University of Michigan.
